Learning doesn’t have to be boring. To prove this, we have enriched the training materials to be published with audio and animation. Along with the traditional written text and interactivity, it makes a learning process more attractive.

Also,  possibility of working in groups and exchanging information between participants of the course has a positive effect on the activation of the participants - all that serves the purpose of faster, easier and more enjoyable process of learning.

The form of training is based on a training model transferred from the RAVT project. It uses modern technology and multimedia in the form of e-learning, promoting cooperation between the participants. To achieve this, it introduces a system of work in virtual classrooms and adapt for its own use different forms of communication such as forum, chat and more.

One of the assumptions of method above, is to use the Collaborative Learning, which essence is the creation of cooperative groups where a didactical process occurs. Thanks to mutual mobilization, skills development not only in the field of the course issues, but also cooperation and mutual exchange of information, the participants become more motivated and learning process becomes easier.
